The partnership addresses a critical shortage in the cybersecurity workforce. According to recent industry data, the Asia-Pacific region faces a talent gap of over 3.4 million cybersecurity professionals.*

In Singapore, with the acceleration of artificial intelligence (AI) integration, fuelled by a surge in regional threats and the critical need to secure emerging digital infrastructures, the demand for cybersecurity professionals has reached a new peak. Recent data highlights a significant 57% year-on-year surge in cybersecurity job postings, the highest increase in three years, with specialised roles such as cybersecurity architects and analysts seeing demand skyrocket by over 250%.**

By embedding the CCSA certification into the diploma, NP students will move beyond theoretical knowledge to master real-world skills in firewall technologies, VPNs, malware protection, security monitoring and management, network architecture and design, encryption techniques, and more.
