S-RM Expands Global Presence with Third Asian Office to Meet Growing Client Needs

Leading global corporate intelligence and cyber security consultancy S-RM has today announced the opening of its new office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This expands S-RM’s regional footprint to three offices – Hong Kong, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur – increasing its ability to support a growing portfolio of clients based in the wider APAC region.

Geopolitical uncertainty, increasing regulatory expectations and a more complex regulatory landscape, in combination with cyber threats and a rise in commercial disputes, continue to present business challenges to companies across the APAC region. This is translating to an increased need for timely and reliable intelligence.

Based in Hong Kong, Morgan Stark is the Head of Asia with oversight and responsibility for the delivery of all S-RM service lines. He is joined by a senior leadership team that includes  Anna Beare, Naresh Sakhrani, Kath Lau and Cyrus Chiu, leading operations at the Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia offices.

Heyrick Bond Gunning, Chief Executive Officer of S-RM, comments:
“We continue to experience growth in Asia and will continue to invest in our corporate intelligence and cyber security capabilities in the region. Malaysia is a vibrant centre of business and economic growth with a talented and multilingual workforce; it complements our twin foothold in Hong Kong and Singapore. I’m immensely proud of our APAC team and equally thankful to our clients, who continue to entrust us with helping them manage their risks.”

Morgan Stark, Head of Asia, S-RM, added:
“The opening of the new office in Malaysia recognises growth opportunities for our business in Southeast Asia. It is also critical to ensure we are appropriately positioned to deliver against our vision for Asia, which includes, amongst other ambitions, to firstly provide a vertically integrated intelligence and investigations offering to our clients; and secondly meet increasing client demand for cyber security services and grow our business in a sustainable way without losing the essence of what made us good in the first place, namely the timely delivery of high-quality intelligence on which our clients can rely. Above all, this remains our commitment to S-RM’s clients.”

The S-RM Kuala Lumpur office is situated in the CEO Suite in Q Sentral, KL Sentral, at the crossroads of the city’s residential, commercial and industrial hubs.
